OpenGoo has a set of tools for aiding the work of people translating language files.
Enabling the tools
These tools may not be enabled in your OpenGoo installation. In order to enable them you have to edit the file:
public/tools/access.php
there you have to add the name of the file that implements the tool you want to use.
Example: 'translate.php'
in the array:
return array('combine.php', 'checklang.php');
Accessing the tools
To access the translation tools you should enter the following address in your browser:
<your OpenGoo installation URL>/public/tools/
Check lang
The Check lang script allows you to compare translation files in some locale with translation files in english. If you are translating OpenGoo to a new locale this script can help you detect what translation keys you have missed.
Translate OpenGoo
The Translate OpenGoo tool allows you to translate OpenGoo to a locale other than en_us, by putting the translation string to the right of the string key and the en_us string.
Your Web Server needs permissions to write on the 'language' folder for this tool to function.
