1.1: administration panel has no backup option?

I did I do something wrong?  I have all the items listed here except backup.

Only the account owner (i.e. the user you created when installing OpenGoo) has access to the backup option.

IS it possible to change that?  My user is an admin.

Otherwise, if I delete my user, does all his stuff disappear?
