looking for development docs

hi.

I want to look into understanding the Feng app, to make changes. I'm trying to understand the basic flow of the logic for the app.

Are there any docs that I can get/review that would allow me to get a gut level understanding of how to create/modify a top level "Tab". I'd also like to be able to create/modify the left side are as well.

Basically, I'm looking to use Feng, as a shell for an app to manage an additional set of functionality.

If I can find these docs, or a contract/consultant who has knowledge/skills with Feng, this would be a great help!!!
