Turkish translation

Hi folks,
I want to translate opengoo into Turkish.  I have just started to translate the files.  In one of the posts, you talk about a formal translation rule (or form, something), but I could not find that.  Could you please show me if there is anything like that?
By the way, i translate the language files one by one.  This is correct, isn't it?  Is there anything else that I should do?

This is the current formal procedure for translation contributions (We are already discussing changes to it). As soon as you send us a first draft of the translation, we'll help you set up the translation environment.

To answer your second question I put the information about the translation tools on a separate post.
