i can post you rtl theme  but its not well tested and i only tested it on firefox i saw the post in arabic section about how the rtl the should look but i dont seems that was the solution to make all the page rtl the most  important thing is text and field aligments for example i dont see why should we move left panel to right because most people in used too see the panel in left for examlple my native lang is persian but most of time i use service like gmail and yahoo and ...  and we used to find some control buttons on the left side no matter our language is rtl so i made many items inside dashboard rtl but the main layout still depends on left panel at  left not right

Oh I see! So the translation to Persian actually is in LTR but it should be read RTL? What about when people input data? What if they want to input it in Persian? Would they have no problem with it or should they still type in English or other LTR language?
I am sorry but I have little to no knowledge about RTL languages

i posted screen shot
as you see the texts and input boxes are rtl but the main layout still the same i think only changing the tabs location to the right is enough for rtl in following example cause i dont see anything special to move workspcase panel to right

That is great, but how did you change the input boxes and texts layout? I mean, did you have to edit the whole program in order to do that?
