E-mail Notifications not working

Hi,

I setup a gmail account and enabled pop3.

I'm able to send and receive e-mails inside the e-mail module.

However, when i assign a task to another user. They do not get sent a notification....

I'm stuck @ this spot =/

The gmail has no problem syncing by the way.
 or any errors.

It just doesn't send notifications

Hi, welcome to Feng Office Forums!
That is because you have yet to set up an account which will be in charge of sending notifications. Check my signature for further details

Thanks for your help, I set it up just like the instructions said from your signature.

I'm still unable to have notification e-mails sent out. Its not throwing back any errors.

I know the ports desired and requested are open...

kind of odd.

Hi,

I was able to successfully send an e-mail from test e-mail in "TOOLS"

However, when i want a notification sent, it will not relay the e-mail to the user?

Any idea why?

I could do mass e-mail and do send e-mail from "TOOLS".

anyone else have this issue?
