How to use (coming from Unfuddle/Basecamp)

Hi,

I'm impressed by FO and installing CE now.

Can someone please offer structural advice for my usage case:

Multiple clients
Each client with multiple websites
Each website with multiple tasks

My clients need not have access to any of the tasks, though giving them access to a shared calendar or milestones would be handy, not essential.

I have a small but expanding team of developers/marketers and I need to be able to see progress across the board.

Unfuddle was good for tasks, basecamp looked pretty but to-do lists are definitely not easy to use as tasks.

Looking for someone to help get me off on the right foot with FO as I really want it to be the tool which fits the best (yay opensource!).

That should work: For every client you want to separate a shared calendar and Tasks you need to create a company as a son of your workspace: You will have the overview, all calendar etntrys inside the separated calendar of your clients will be inside your calendar. The same thing with tasks.

I suppose to try out with 2 dummy-companies before launch within your live workspaces.
