Calender- Gantt Chart showing user time

It would be great if the admin could see the user time booking  for all task alocated  using a GANTT CHART .

This will enable the admin understand each users free time and allocate/ set deadline to each task before assigning it to the user.

Sounds like an interesting feature. Do you think a Gantt chart is the best way to view this information?
What  parameters would you like to have?

Currntly we use an online system which is using gantt graphs to disply such data, and because i am used to it i feel its the best method so the displaying aspect keep it open. but allowing the admin to see such page will be very helpful..
i shall try puting some screen shots which might help you see and understand the point i am trying to make..
