how can i send a document to a personal area

Hi there
i am looking for the way to send a document on the other user personal area. What i need is to share files with someone else without share with a common area and make it readable for others

i hope explain my self

If you want to send a document to another workspace, you may drag and drop it into the other Workspace, and select to keep a copy on both workspaces. Otherwise the document will be moved, not copied.
