access to feng office via network reverts to local host

Hello,

I have successfully installed feng office on a pc with the address 192.168.1.2
apache is running
mysql is running

on that pc I can log into feng office via
   http://localhost/fengoffice/
and work normally

If I try to access feng office from another pc (say 192.168.1.15) via
   http://192.168.1.2/fengoffice/
then the browser page reverts to
   http://localhost/fengoffice/index.php?c=access&a=login
and I get a blank page

I am using
  XP SP3
  feng office 1.7
  xampp win32 1.7.3

what could be the problem, which settings did I forget, please help

You have a reference to localhost in ROOT_URL in the FENG/config/config.php file. You should change it for the IP address.
