[SOLVED] How to change FROM email adress for notifications?

Hi!

In my FO I've recieve notification from noreply@fengoffice.com adress.
How to change it?

For SMTP settings change username in  administration, configuration, mailing.
For non SMTP there is a config option "notification from address" that you have change directly from the DB in table "config_options".

Hm... I use SMTP and in "administration, configuration, mailing" section I already  set up the SMTP sender adress but system still mailing from noreply@fengoffice.com.  ???

Hi supadoctor,
We were not able to reproduce the error you have. Does that happen with every single notification you are supposed to recieve? Or just one? (for instance: when recieving a notification about a new task, event, etc).
Are you completely sure your SMTP settings have no mistakes?

Actually I've the problem only for notification about tasks and milestones.
For example - comments, updates comes from user's email and it's ok...

But notification ("task or milestones was not completed") from noreply@fengoffice.com. I've tried to change smtp sender or leave it blank but results is the same

Try doing this:

1- Go to "Administration"
2- Select "Owner Company"
3- Click on "Edit Company Info"
4- Input a valid email address at the Email adress field

After setting that up, the system notifications should come from that email address and not from "noreply@fengoffice.com"
