When I recieve an email with an attachment in 8859-9 char set the name of the attachment is displayed correctly in the browser but when I download it the file name and extention are distorted.

Example:
Correct file name: icat teşekkür.docx
When downloading: =_iso-8859-9_Q_icat_te=FEekk=FCr.docx_=

Hi ufi,

I think it's solved in 1.7rc2. Can you confirm it?

I could not reproduce it.
