Delete all but most recent revision

Is there a way to delete all revisions except for the current revision of a file?

I currently have a staff meeting document that all staff insert their updates into the document. In the end we have roughly 30 revisions because when each person saves it creates a new revision. After the staff meeting I like to clean house and remove all the old revisions and keep only the most recent one. Is there a way to do this? If not maybe there is someone out that would be interested in developing or helping develop this idea.

This is really needed. You should create an option in the admin panel for every time a document is saved, the latest revision is automatically deleted.

All these revisions spend much space on the server.
