Great!!! From my first point of view:
+ fixed notifications, mass mail and test mail problems
- do not fixed problems with non-Latin folders (for example Cyrillic) through IMAP access to mailserver

and still no any fundamental changes  ... so it's a real minor release

Actually there have been several bug fixes, mostly related to the email module. It would make not make much sense to release a version with new features which is not too stable, so we first wanted to fix some issues.
Should there be any critical problem, please report it so we can check it out.

Agree, please make FO solid before add more functionalities, FO is grate but it's important to be rock solid to enterprises to work with FO.
