Multi-edit would be awesome.

Because I cannot assign a task to multiple users, I find myself having to update the start date of 18 tasks this morning.

I sure would like to be able to select them all and change the start date once, or conversely to my last post (Undo) have the option to "Redo" an action.  That would admittedly be harder than Undo as it would not require a simple rollback.

Hi Allen,

I find myself doing this all the time. Multi-edit would be great.

Since I use subtasks for multi-assign, the way I thought of addressing this was with a checkbox that allows subtasks to inherit properties of parents tasks (http://forums.fengoffice.com/index.php?topic=3858.0).

I have been trying to crack this but no success yet :(

Thinking out loud: how about using a milestone (at least to set the date), and grouping the tasks under that milestone?

Would that do the trick?

Hey..

I figured out how to apply the date from a parent task to a ll sub tasks and posted it here.

It's no "multi edit" but it may do the trick for now  :)
