TAG panel behaviour

Dear all,

I'd like to introduce a modification of the tag panel behaviour.
I find quite annoying that the list of the tags  (and the related number of objects) is always populated with all the objects. Infact If I select a different workspace, I would expect the list of tags and related numbers, to be referred only to the selected workspace.

Is there a quick way of achieving this behaviour with simple modification of the queries to the database?

Are you working on such a functionality? If not, can you point me out where to start? Do we need to modify or write a new function from scratch?

Do you mean that if you select a workspace, you would like the tag pane to update to only show the tags which are currently assigned anywhere in that workspace?

That would be OK.

May I offer the alternative view that it would be nice to be able to drag and drop a tag on a milestone, task or other object.  In that case it would be important to view all tags all the time.

Perhaps a great compromise would be to have a "toggle" switch in the title area of the tag pane (or somewhere else convenient) that could view ALL or ASSIGNED.  Then both would be possible.
