Creating a Database

I am familiar with SQL Server, but have no knowledge of MySQL.  In step 3 of the installation it says that I need to create the database schema first.  However, I cannot find what the schema for the database is.  Am I missing something, or do I create a database with no tables? ???

I answered my own question.  A database with no tables is what I wanted.
