Calendar user filter bug?

When using the Calendar User filter selectbox drop down, there seems to be a problem with the selectbox options.

What will display is the option 'Everyone' and then a list of ALL the users from the same company of the person that logged in.

The problem I am experiencing is Users will show up in the list even if they don't have permission to see that workspace.

The dropdown should only display Users that have permission to access that particular workspace and hide Users that do not.  It should not display the entire company user list which may include users with no access to the workspace.
