EMail administration line doesn´t show up

Hi All,

when I klick on the "Email" button in the line above my workspace I don´t get the 2 lines down under to see my mails or to adminstrate my mails.
This lines show up for 1 second and then I get kryptic signs: GIF89a

Unfortunately I can´t attach a screenshot.

When I click on "Notes" or "Contacts" then everything shows up alright.

The very wired thing is that this happens only on both my computers but when someone else logs in under my account than the lines shows up on their laptops.

Does anyone know a solution?
That would be great.

Found out now that my Kaspersky Anitvirus is disturbing.
When I switch it off, than the Emails work and the toolkit is visible.

So now I have to find out if there is a better solution that to switch of the virusscan totally.

Dear Admin,

Note: at the present time, the only solution to this problem is to uninstall the antivirus, as it keeps producting continuously the problem (mentioned here) in the Feng Office.

I have had faced the same issue with the last version of Feng Office 1.6.2. I did not test it with previous versions thou.

My work computers are protected with the same antivirus program. Using a work computer, I have accessed our domain containing the Feng Office script and had experienced the same problems. I have tried accessing it with FireFox and with Internet Explorer 7 - same results. I have then logged in remotely into my home computer, and have accessed the site from my home computer, and it worked just fine.

There is definitely something up with the compatibility between the Kaspersky Anitvirus software on the local machine and the Feng Office site opening up in a browser.

Thanks for the updated information. Any news whether this is still not working in 1.7rc2 ?
