I'm a new user to Opengoo. I have finally figured out how to use it to our needs, but have run in to one little reporting problem that I can't figure out.
I want to run a report on a Milestone that shows a report of all time worked sorted by Task and displaying the User and Time Spent. The problem is that I can't get the installed report "Total Task Execution Time" to report the "Object Time Slots" on the tasks when one presses "Start Time" and "End Time". I have also tried to "Add Work" but that doesn't show up either.
I am still getting used to the way Workspaces relate to tasks, etc. so it is possible that I either have something misconfigured, or I am not understanding what I am trying to report.
I have also tried creating a custom report, but I can't find any time fields.
Any help would be great.
