- Well, we have 10 users using this groupware and only with email module.
So, it will be very usefull if we can export and then delete old emails from the database (let's say export in .eml or maybe .html or .pdf format) for later and offline retrieval. ( ...You know, the number of emails is growing every hour and we need to keep these emails for auditing and archiving offline purposes over years - we exclude here the spam - and the web space from our ISP is still limited... ) I feel that this feature will be more efficient in a form of a plugin. What do you think ? Is this feature feasible ? Has anyone some directions to us for how to manage this huge amount of emails ?
