notification upon new doc uploading

Is it possible that when ever i upload a new document in a workspace, an email / notification is sent to all the subscriber of that workspace automatically?
If yes, HOW?

I'm no expert but I think you have to select the notifications manually during new doc process.

no is no option at time of uploading file.

did u mean that we hav to send msg/email and inform relevant users that file has been uploaded!!

"I think the programmer should consider adding this option at time of uploading file to send notification to all relevant users like adding an option of bulletin style in daskboard."

Yes, when you click Upload File, you'll see a row of underlined text ( Workspace  - Tags  - Description  - Options  - Custom Properties  - Subscribers  - Linked Objects ).  These are hyperlinks, click on Subscribers, and there you can choose who you want to notify.
