Emails - Moving to workgroup

Everytime I move an email to a workgroup I get the following messages:

Do you wanto to move the selected object(s) to this workspace or keep old ones and add this workspace?

Do you want to add a new document for each attachment of these unclassified emails?

Can I set preferences to default these?
