[1.5.3] Workspaces: Custom properties display bug

This bug is related to custom properties defined for workspaces.

1. The parameter "Visible by default" is not working properly: If you define one property visible and one property invisible, both are visible by default.

2. Custom properties are placed outside the border "Custom properties" (not depending on their visibility settings). See screenshot.

I'm using the German language version and created a global custom properties date field for contacts.

Opening contact records now, I noticed that although I didn't set any default value the field displays the current date.
