subtasks and workspaces

I think subtasks must change their workspaces if I change workspace to parent task.

I think this should work as you say as a general rule. But I still think subtasks can be assigned to a different workspace than their parent.
And as a consequence, should all subtasks have their workspace changed? Or  only subtasks that belonged to the same workspace as the parent ?.

Before change:
Parent Task Workspace: WS1
Child #1 Task Workspace: WS1
Child #2 Task Workspace: WS1
Child #3 Task Workspace: WS2

After parent task workspace change:
Parent Task Workspace: WS3
Child #1 Task Workspace: WS3
Child #2 Task Workspace: WS3
Child #3 Task Workspace: WS 2  or 3 <-- my question: should it be 2 or 3?

Am I clear?
