Printing : No content on page
« on: August 13, 2009, 04:34:35 am »
Hello,

My compliments for this nice and very usable suite.
I only have a problem with printing. Nothing appears on the page when printing. Even when choosing different printers.

Thanks

Does printing work for other webpages?

I also commend on a job well done with OG - I'm a new user and have recently convinced my local union to use it for many different reasons.

However, there seems to be one small problem and that is of printing.

I'm assuming, similar to the above post, that they too, run into a similar if not the same issue. We attempt to print the calendar. The only issue is that it doesn't show the calendar in its entirety, only portions. It cuts off, even when setting the margin. Which eludes to my question (related to above) Can it be printed correctly to show all entries on the calendar? We have never had a problem with it printing at least something.

My question to the above post, what are you clicking to print? Icon on the browser or something else? Love to help with this as printing is vital for us as well!

Thanks

Yes printing from other web pages was working. I then tried a reboot and everything was working well... :)

Thank you

The calendar was not designed with printing in mind so it wouldn't surprise me if printing it does not work. What we have done for other views is creating a "Print view". There's one for notes and there's one for the tasks main view. You can ask for a calendar Print view in the feature requests forum.

Regards.
