Task template object Properties

When editing object properties in [Open property editor] window, carriage returns are not carried through and saved. It means that the task Description field cannot be multi-line.

Could someone help me to create carriage returns using a hack? Could I put special characters in such as ## which would then be replace by carriage return on DB write?

UPDATE: If i manually edit the DB and add new lines in the value column of og_template_object_properties - the new lines are maintained when the template is instantiated.  ;D :D ;D
