1.5 final - Translation tools missing plugin files

Hi,

the translate tools check lang and translate opengoo support not all necessary files.

Check lang don't check slimey.js, all files in the plugins and  the help directory.

So we are not able to complete the translation with the translation tools.

And there is no translation file for the spreadsheet...

Ok, will check it out as soon as I can. For the meantime you can put the plugins translation files on the root directory of the translations, instead of the plugins directory. This should be enough to make them show up on the translate opengoo tool.
