calender events for everyone within workspace

How can I add events that are visible to the whole workspace without sending
everyone an invitation? To add this invite I need to press 'edit event details' for each event and add the invitations (and uncheck send mail).
I just want to share my events with my whole internal group as default, not just me

Can you not create a workspace that's visible for everyone and then add the events there?
