Upgrading from 1.4.2 to ???

OpenGoo tells me that there is a new Version available. I am running now 1.4.2. How can I upgrade and to which version  ???

Has anybody done this already? Please post me your experience.

1.4.2 is the latest stable production release.  The newer updates are release candidates for testing. Unless you plan to test with a new database, I'd just run what you have until the next full release.
