I think about a group email account like in SugarCRM i.e.
I can image different way to set this up.
A) Possibility to link a certain Email Account of a user to a certain workspace. I.e: I configure the email acount team@example.com in my user space and link it the the workspace "team". So, every member of team workspace can access the incoming emails.
B) Group Email Account which is linked to a group workspace
What about the possility to configure a "group user" (like in SugarCRM). A group user can not log in but a group user can have a Email Account, which is linked to a certain "group" or client workspace. Every user in this group can access the group email account. Email is requeste by cron job.
