Apache keeps complaining about missing /public/assets/themes/default/stylesheets/custom.css

It might be a good idea to have a default blank custom.css file even though no customization is done.
I like clean error logs...  ;)

The problem with that is that on every upgrade you would overwrite file custom.css. What we can do is check if the file exists before including it on the website.
