Problem with re-assign task to non-admin user

I have a problem with reassign existing task.

In any workspace if i create new task i can assign all users who has permission to this workspace.
But when i try to change assigned user in existing task i see only users with admin permissions, so i cannot assign this task to collaborators.

Only solution now is creating new task...
FO 3.4.0.17

Well i can't even subscribe to collaborator :(

I have same Problem, workaround is to remove related Workspace and select Workspace again. Then complete userlist of Workspace is available again.

anything
