problem with received attached files in emails
« on: December 17, 2015, 01:55:23 pm »
Hello,
I have problems with reception of some attached files. Sometimes, I can't see (and download) the file that the sender has joined.
And the file really exists since I can see/download it via another email client.
Did you already have this problem?
Have you an idea how to solve it ?
I use Feng Office 3.3.0.4 at the moment
Could Feng Office 3.4 solve it ?
Thank you
CĂ©line

PS : thank you for this excellent tool ! I hope I will be able to install it for my non-profit organisation :)

Hello Celine,

Thanks for your kind words  :)

Could you provide us with more information regarding the attached files?
It would help to know their type (images, pdfs, etc) and their size.

Thanks

Hello Celine,

Sorry for my delayed answer!

Could you check the error log (cache/log.php) to see if there is an error related to the file upload?

This can be related to the filesystem permissions on the "upload" folder.

Best regards,

Natalia.
