Hi

i have same problem. When I use the search or the advanced search to find an object , in particular tasks , the result is null . Although these tasks are presente. the reports instead work, infact the objects are found.

My FO version is 3.4, the last one.

Hi All!

We are currently working on improvements for the general search field.

For the time being, in the cases of notes or documents, you also count with a search field located on the toolbars which is specific for searching within the module. These should work much better.

Hope this helps  :)

Hi,

Unfortunately I need to search for the tasks. I tried looking for a note, using the toolbar, but the result does not change. I do not get anything.

When will be released the new patch that fixes the issue?

Thank You?

It sounds like a redirect issue. Contact your hosts support team and have them help you resolve the problem. They should be able to fix that without a problem.

Sorry but in what sense is it a redirect issue?

Natalia wrote that it is a known issue.
