Google calendar
« on: June 25, 2015, 03:50:55 pm »
Then I trying  to synchronize calendar I am going on google account page and after pushing "accept" - go back to fengoffice page (from that I have started) without synchronization.

Using with instruction
wiki/doku.php/calendar:google_calendar_synchronization

I can to go only to step
"after connecting, you are redirected to the following screen" (but screen is different).

Is it work well in your systems?
Have you idea what is wrong?

Thanks!

A quick search on the forum shows several topics about this issue. Is there a timeframe on the work for the sync function?

I'm not sure I understand. Do you mean version 3.5? Is there a roadmap for Feng Office?

I'm not sure I understand this. Surely this is a bug. The V3 api was implemented here :

Since 3.1.5.3
----------------
feature: google calendar sync api v3.

So this was implemented previously. Has it ever worked ? Please respond to let us know if you have had it working or not.

Either way it does not work for me and gives the same result as the first post.

What I think happened is that in 3.1.5.3, the calendar sync code was updated to the api V3.  However, there is a fundamental issue in that is hard coded to fengoffice.com, so it looks like it will work on their site...

I'll try to search out what file this is in to see if we can alter the code to allow it to redirect to the correct site name.

Fengoffice version 3.2.

Hi

I'm sorry but you have lost me here.

I am running version 3.2 (which does not even seem to be on the list of downloads now for some reason) and the problem still exists. You try and synch, click accept, and after a few seconds you are taken back to the link with google page.

Please tell me if I doing something wrong, or if other are still having this.

Regards
Laurie

What happened was that Google made big changes on their API.

It took us a lot of work to fix.

Latest version started to work again, though still a little buggy.

We are still working on finalizing all features to make it 100% compatible again.

(Note: Google changes were for the good, the connection is now more secure, though it did take a lot of time from the team to catch up)
