new bug in 3.2-rc 'filter by status'

Do you have a bug tracking system...?
I just post this bug here for the moment.

In the task list, filtering by status 'pending', will still show completed SUBtasks.
(So the filter is not applied to the subtask layer)

I'm pulling this up, sorry for being stubborn!

I just checked with the Feng Office Demo, same bug there.
It has been acknowledged in the BT: http://www.fengoffice.com/web/bugs/view.php?id=4157
But no progress since June '15

How do you people cope with this...? It makes thing very confusing. Is there a workaround? No subtasks...?
