No permission after installation and restarting

I installed FO 2.1-1 and when I restart it, I can't authorized myself as administrator. I get the following message:
misssing lang.js: information: Sie haben keine Berechtigung, die angeforderte Seite aufzurufen.

Was mach ich falsch???

Hi there!

I suggest you to install the latest version available, not a 2.1.X one which is like 3 or 4 years old.

Otherwise you can always try it out here and avoid dealing with installation issues:

Hello Francisco,
Thank you for your message. But my ISP provides this outdated version already on the server. I have now relaunched the software and now it works.
