PLUGIN MANAGER missing

I've added define(‘PLUGIN_MANAGER’, true); to config.php but there is still no plugin manager in administrative panel.
Feng Office 3.0.3 php version 5.6

yeah, i have the same situation. hopefully somebody can fix this :)

Hi,
Its working for me. I defined in config.php file and plugin manager is displaying in my settings page.  :)

Please clear the cache or try in another browser. it should work,.

Still nothing.
I am using Community edition. Maybe that's the reason?

Are you sure that did you write well on the file config.php?  define('PLUGIN_MANAGER', true);
I had the same problem that you because I couldn't write in the file.
