No menus after Installation

cant'Work after a new installation, only login.

Heres the log.

Not sure if you've solved this yet or not. What worked for me was to delete the database and create it again. I had initially assumed that Feng Office would drop all thte tables in an existing database as part of the installation. Seems like it doesn't.
