Problem after upgrade to 2.6.1

After I updated to 2.6.1 whenever I click the new task button it show the following message:

Information:
Cannot read property '2' of undefined

Any clue ?

This has been a big problem for x10hosted websites. You can also try upgrading to 2.6.1 again. it’s possible and it's causing the problem.
