Contacts for creator only ?

Hello,

i'm a little bit confused ..... on the way to work with FengOffice 2.5.1.2 ( Community Edition ) to get a feeling for more

My probem:
User admin creates company XY ..... OK
User admin creates user AA, BB ... OK
User AA creates user CC, DD ... OK
User AA creates a workspace and adds user AA, BB, CC, DD ... OK
But on contacts-Area ( left side ) user AA only see the users CC and DD
At register-card Contacts user AA see all users of the workspace.
User admin is able to see the company XY with all added users at contacts-area and at register-card Contacts admin see all users too.

So what is the secret of Contacts-area ?
Why only creator of contacts see entries ?
Is there something to configure ?

Hello Stefan,

The Contacts (on the left section) depend and rely on permissions. Depending on which kind of user you have and the settings you use, the information you can see.
