Cannot add users

I just installed Feng office and I cannot add users.
After I fill in the fields to add a new user and hit Add Person the form dissapears and all I can see is a grey background with a <- Back buton  and the user does not get created.

I installed fend office twice with the same problem. First time manually, second time through softaculous

Any ideas?

I tried installing on Wamp and it worked, but on my server still cannot add users.
Attached a screenshot of the screen after I add all the user info.

Please give me a hint as to where to look to solve this issue.

solved, the hosting provider did not allow exec() function
