Error at Upgrade 2.5 to 2.5.1, can this error be effective in my system now?

Test query has been executed. Its safe to proceed with database migration.

It seems the same error I've had for me and I understand that could be an issue of plugins update in thread topic=19137.0
After that error I can't see mail...so I read basic install instruction (plugin-gui section for me)
in fengoffice site
web/wiki/doku.php/installation:migration

Seems like you are missing SQL structures.
The aforementioned error gets logged in the log.php file.

Please have a look at this thread and upgrade the plugin through the console:
