Add Subtask doesn't work in V2.4

I recently upgraded to version 2.4 final release. Now adding subtasks doesn't work anymore.
The server: OpenSUSE 12.3, Apache version 2.2.22 , MySQL version 5.5.33 
The error messages:
Using Firefox, I get the message 'Information: og.redrawTemplateObjectsLists is not a function' and 'Success: Template has been added'
Using InternetExplorer: 'Information: Object doesn't support property or method redrawTemplateObjectsLists'

I crosschecked this with a completely fresh installation without any customizations and the result was the same. It is not possible to create subtasks.

Does anybody experience the same issue or is there any idea how to fix it?

I have just seen that I can add a subtask if I do it from the tasks list. The error does only occure if I try to add the subtask from within the task.
But anyways, it should work in either way.

Yup.. this bug was introduced with the changes in the templates.
However, the 2.4.0.6 version does fix it
