Problem with backup opengoo 1.2 rc1

Good morning to all ....

The version I'm using is opengoo 1.2 rc1

I have a problem: I can't create a backup because the system generate this error "Errore durante la creazione del backup. Controlla la costante MYSQLDUMP_COMMAND".
I think in english is "Error while creating backup. You must control the costant MYSQLDUMP_COMMAND"

 

There is another way to make the backup?

The problem is that the system report me a new upgrade (opengoo 1.4.1) and I don't konw if making the upgrade without the backup there is the risk of losing my data.
