New event, but no emails is being sent?????

Thought the new version was perfect, so I have just made a new event, marked a group with 20 guys, and marked them with email invitations, saved the event.. but no emails is going out??? When testing the mail test message under administration it works fine....

So what should I look fore? Going to debug mode?
Tried debug mode... NO ERRORS SHOWN.
Looked at the error.log from server and there is the one linie again and again:

Damn.. I am under pressure again.  :'(

The custom.css error message is nothing to worry about.

What version are you using? I tried my 1.3.1 installation and it is sending invitation emails. What about other notification emails? Are they working? Are you using default PHP settings or SMTP server? Does it fail on both cases?

oh oh oh.. Sorry ..
(I forgot to update this post)

Due to no reply.. until now.. I made a copy of the database... deleted all files through FTP, installed once again, loaded in copy of database.. and wupti.. it worked.. and emails where send... So I do not know the errors... Talked to my host, and we ran through the log files.. no lock.. so I have no clue what went wrong.. but it is working now...

I am using 1.4 and when I add a contact to be in an invite and click send email notification of invite it doesnt.

Now I know my email is working because if I subscribe anyone to the item and then change it they get notifications for that and everything else, JUST not for the invitations.

Any thoughts?
