Crate Custom Tab

Hi,
Here's what i want to do.
Since there's no Feng Office chat plugin, i would like to create a custom tab that redirects the user to an external chat platform.
I tried to create a plugin with a custom tab but i can't activate it because i don't have the administration->plugins pannel.
Any thoughts in what i'm doing wrong?

Concerning its activation, did you have a look at this article?

Hi,
I tried to activate the plugin using the Graphic User Interface (GUI) method but when i access to the admin panel i can't se the plugin menu and i can't activate the plugin that i added. Any help?

Did you have a look at the article?
It does explain how to enable the GUI for the plugin activation.
Otherwise you may always do it through the console.
