Feng returns error when opening a task / starting a task

In Feng Office 1.7.5 When I try to open a task by clicking on it or try to open it's timer then got the following.

Query failed with message 'Duplicate entry '91-ApplicationLogs-1' for key 'PRIMARY'"

Uhm... not sure what would it be happening.. but the 1.7.5 version is almost 2 years old or more. I suggest using the new version.
