What i like to see is a "new mail" notification to users.
I use separate mailboxes for the my users. Whenever theres a mail in 1 of the mailboxes, i'dd like FengOffice to send a notification to the user to log in and check their mail.
Whenever a mail in one of the mailboxes is not read after a few days (or hours) i (as manager) want to receive a notification so i can act
